The human potential is limitless! It’s impossible to reach a point where you no longer need to grow unless you’re dead. 

When we are reasonable, we can always be better.

We can get the most out of life by improving ourselves.

Consistency is the key! These actions can remarkably improve your life, relationships, finances, and health.

    1. Wake up early.

      Waking up between 5 am – 6 am will improve your productivity and quality of life.
    2. Start a weekly exercise routine.

      Physical exercise will keep your body in shape, your mind in condition, and the stress in perspective. Switching the kinds of exercise methods you use will keep the habit workable and fresh.
    3. Read a book every day.

      Books are sources of wisdom. It will increase your chances of improving yourself. Through the knowledge learned and the actions taken. To prove you are getting better because of what you have read.

      When we’re comfortable with how things are or have been, it doesn’t help us grow. It stagnates us. What is your comfort zone?

      Don’t hold onto people’s grievances, unhappiness, disappointments, or unforgiveness from the past. It will prevent you from moving on and becoming a better person.

      • Requires the willingness to be generous in forgiving an insult or injury. Be free from petty resentfulness or vindictiveness and have an open heart.
      • If there is someone who you know or think dislikes or hates, you in your world think about saying a prayer for them.
      • If you think it necessary, extend an olive branch a step further. If you aren’t in danger. Show them, love, by seeking a resolution. And getting closure on past grievances is sometimes necessary. 
      • Even if they refuse to reciprocate, love them the same. It’s more liberating to love anyway than to hate them back.

      • I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst.

    Change is a constant thing that keeps evolving day in and day out. Once you were a child, then a grown up. You can’t stay at one position whereas everything is changing. To all my friends out there who think they can stick at one point, ow unto you, this article is a wake up call for you to man up and take the next step in life by reading the 40 ways to improve yourself.
