“To deprive a man of his natural liberty… is starvation of the soul.”
What is an Authentic Person?
An authentic person’s authenticity is in the daily expression of their core beliefs and personality. The more important part of the authenticity question is to look at the character of the person. What’s behind what they say? To be authentic, you need to examine and accept yourself for who you are. And evolving into the best version of yourself that you can be.
To get freedom with greater mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You must be willing to go on a journey that will transform your life. This journey will need your full participation.
When a person is authentic, it means that they act in ways that are genuine and show how they feel. Rather than putting on different faces. Around different people, or tailoring their personality based on surroundings.
My heart’s desire is to empower. To grow into my God-created authentic self. To liberate the souls of humanity, who desire to take that journey, to do the same.
My personal relationship with God has given me the strength and power to live. In the liberty created for me to be free.
Authentic people display a consistent set of values.
We currently live in a world where some have a belief in God. While others may not at all or not in the same way as a group of other people who may believe in God. But expresses their allegiance through their religion.
The truth of the matter is we are all human beings who have souls. We are spirit beings, living in dirt bodies, which own a living soul.
The election of Donald Trump becoming President of The United States of America.

One of my favorite teachers to ever walk the earth is a Rabbi by the name of Jesus, He stated, “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.
I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live free and light.” (Matthew 11:29-30 MSG)
As she states “when all is well with the souls of humanity all will be well in the world.”
It is important as individuals that we are able to be the difference we want to see in the world. We as individual souls must be the change, the love, the peace we want to experience in society.
It will be electric, contagious and spill over into our environments as well as the entire world.
I am eager to take this journey and hopefully, you who are reading this will take it with me. Together, we will be the change we desire to see in the world.
One of the most insightful and misunderstood things. That keeps us from running with purpose and confidence. Is the precise, or trivial details, that ties up our souls creating soul ties. Through experiences, events, habits, relationships, desires, objectives and spirits. That ensnare our souls and hold us back from our God-given purpose.
These entanglements cause us to go through life with weights slowing us down. Keeping us down, burdening our souls, and sometimes knocking the wind out of us. Keeping us from confidence and moving forward in the directions of our destiny.
5 Steps To Engage Your Authentic Self
1. Accept yourself for who you are. Period!
Focus on accepting and appreciating who you are as a unique individual. This will lead to authentic behaviors in line with your personality. Means that you should embrace your quirks and the distinct parts of your personality. Being comfortable with yourself requires you to accept that you are not perfect.
It is hard to act in a way that is genuine to your personality. If you doubt yourself or lack confidence in yourself. People who lack self-esteem often try to act like people they perceive to be confident. Priding oneself and acting as if they’re confident. This is a key sign of inauthenticity and insecurity.
If you have some emotional baggage, give yourself the time to think about it and move on if possible. Talk to a therapist or a counselor if necessary. Take care of your mental health.
3. Act on your personal beliefs and values.
Authentic people are in touch with their moral compass and their personal set of beliefs. These beliefs should be evident in your daily behaviors.
4. Put time into your personal growth.
There is a great deal of authenticity to find. In growing yourself and pursuing interests that fulfill you as a person. This can be through classes, volunteering or hobbies.
He added “The hidden dimension of each human life is not visible to others, nor is it graspable even by us. We usually know very little about the things that move in our own soul. The deepest level of our life, or what is driving it.”
